Welcome to Sölvanes
the tourist-farm in North-Iceland!

If you want to combine your trip in Iceland with a holiday on a farm, or if you simply need
a nice accommodation for one or a couple of nigths in North-Iceland then Sölvanes is a good option.
Sölvanes is a Farm in Skagafjörður in North-Iceland. It is situated in
the middle of Skagafjörður, about 21 km. from the Ring-road (Road no.
1)and just on the way to the highlandway Sprengisandur. In a seperate
house with 4 rooms, kitchen, electricity-heating, WC and a shower are 9
beds standing ready for our guests.
We will, on these pages, try to give you a closer picture of the
farm and the surrounding. And if you, after reading this, have the opinion that Sölvanes is
worth visiting, Magnús and Elín will give you a warm welcome:
